Accepting
Donations to fund legal costs to tap on the shoulder of Desert Sands
Unified School District to determine why DSUSD did not follow a
ruling by a California State Court that ruled no wrong doing by
employee.
DSUSD
then continued to do everything in their power to prevent that
employees future employment with any other employer. Blatantly
ignoring Court Judgement.
Can
only determine DSUSD actions were highly illegal when Court Judgement
is not followed only because they could get away with it. Since they
have the millions of dollars to impose their will even when
California Courts do not agree with their opinion.
Time
to ask for Donations to cover legal costs to ask more questions since
DSUSD refuses to respond to inquiries. Also part of those donations
will be donated to www.charitywater.org
that has received millions to provide water to people in need of
clean drinking water.

To
this day still wonder about that persons in Desert Sands Unified School District Personnel Department mental stability since that
same person could not abide by decisions made in a Court of Law of an
employee Judged as no wrong doing when that same personnel department
representative had asked the Court to make a ruling on false
allegations being made by that same personnel department
representative.
Court
did not rule in favor of DSUSD. Instead ruled in favor of defendant.
Court decision was no wrong doing by employee.
DSUSD
still desired laying off the electrician that they could not get a
court ruling in DSUSD favor.
Then
took every step possible to prevent employees employment even after a
Court Ruling of no wrong doing that is about as illegal as possible.
State
of California made a ruling that employee was not to be discriminated
against and there would be no statements by DSUSD that would hinder
future employment.
DSUSD
blatantly did not follow any of courts judgement.
Court
ruled that layoff would be layoff due to lack of available work with
no negative comments being provided to prospective employers since it
was strictly a layoff due to lack of available work with no wrong
doing by employee.
Courts
decision was not followed or recognized by DSUSD personnel department
since reports to employers continued being made that would prevent
electricians employment.
DSUSD
choose to follow a path that was completely illegal and against
California State Law. Making reports for many years that have not
reflected anything stated in that court of law indicating no wrong
doing by employee.
DSUSD
has not offered to make corrections to their reporting procedures to
more closely reflect what was ordered in that California State Court
that DSUSD had requested a California State Court to issue a
decision.
When
that decision did not agree with what DSUSD thought it should be
DSUSD continued with their own internal procedures that were designed
to prevent electrician from being employed.
Which
became an illegal act after Judge having made a decision of no wrong
doing that DSUSD did not agree with.
How
DSUSD thought there illegal actions would be considered OK only
because they are a school district is still unknown.
DSUSD
illegal actions still have not been corrected.
Possibly
DSUSD shredded that Court Document or filed it in the trash.
Filed
that decision by a Court of Law somewhere when it did not agree with
their opinion.
Since
DSUSD has continued to ignore that decision to do as they please to
continue to prevent electricians employment.
The
Gadsden Flag
The Gadsden
flag is
a historical American
flag with
a yellow field depicting a rattlesnake coiled
and ready to strike. Positioned below the snake is the legend "DONT
TREAD ON ME." The flag was designed by and is named after
American general and statesman Christopher
Gadsden.
It was also used by the Continental
Marines as
an early motto flag. It was the first flag ever carried into battle
by the United States Marine Corps, during the American Revolution.
The timber
rattlesnake and eastern
diamondback rattlesnake both
populate the geographical areas of the original thirteen colonies.
Their use as a symbol of the American colonies can be traced back to
the publications of Benjamin
Franklin.
In 1751, he made the first reference to the rattlesnake in a
satirical commentary published in his Pennsylvania
Gazette.
It had been the policy of Britain to
send convicted criminals to America, so Franklin suggested that they
thank the British by sending rattlesnakes to England.[1]
In
1754, during the French
and Indian War,
Franklin published his famous woodcut of a snake cut into eight
sections. It represented the colonies, with New
England joined
together as the head and South
Carolina as
the tail, following their order along the coast. Under the snake was
the message "Join,
or Die".
This was the first political
cartoon published
in an American newspaper.
As
the American
Revolution grew,
the snake began to see more use as a symbol of the colonies. In
1774, Paul
Revere added
it to the title of his paper, the Massachusetts
Spy,
as a snake joined to fight a British dragon.[2] In
December 1775, Benjamin Franklin published an essay in
the Pennsylvania
Journal under
the pseudonym American
Guesser in
which he suggested that the rattlesnake was a good symbol for the
American spirit:
"I
recollected that her eye excelled in brightness, that of any other
animal, and that she has no eye-lids—She may therefore be esteemed
an emblem of vigilance.—She never begins an attack, nor, when once
engaged, ever surrenders: She is therefore an emblem of magnanimity
and true courage.—As if anxious to prevent all pretensions of
quarreling with her, the weapons with which nature has furnished her,
she conceals in the roof of her mouth, so that, to those who are
unacquainted with her, she appears to be a most defenseless animal;
and even when those weapons are shewn and extended for her defense,
they appear weak and contemptible; but their wounds however small,
are decisive and fatal:—Conscious of this, she never wounds till
she has generously given notice, even to her enemy, and cautioned him
against the danger of stepping on her.—Was I wrong, Sir, in
thinking this a strong picture of the temper and conduct of
America?"[3]
