TRUE STORY. Yesterday I drove into Mexico and visited as many Mexican government agencies as time permitted. To each, I informed them I was an U.S.A. citizen, and planning to move to Mexico illegally. I informed them I needed to apply for food stamps and free rent money. My girlfriend was pregnant and therefore we needed child allowance. I also informed them I would expect that they pay my unborn son's university tuition. Besides all the crazy looks that I received from these individuals, I was informed these things don't come for free.They stated I had to get a letter from the employer offering me employment. The letter needed to state that they had offered me the position AFTER HAVING FAILED to fill the position with a Mexican citizen AND I WOULD NEED TO APPLY FOR A WORKING VISA. I was unable to get anything for free there. Why do Mexican illegals expect everything for FREE here? BS!

Cops or administrators of course try to protect their own as you would expect but once someone is found to be "dirty"....game over.

Here we have an personnel department administrator or personnel department person that was a want to be officer of the law that did not qualify in college to be in law enforcement who thought she could abuse her power.

Transcripts of her statements will confirm her desire to be in law enforcement that was not allowed so she became a personnel department employee.

Plea bargain will be to seal her file... so she won't face repercussions when she gets out..

Dirty cops and crooked investigators are worthless. No one can use them in any court proceeding -- because all defense attorneys have access to their file. It makes you wonder why they take so long to get rid of them, and why the police union protects them -- and in doing so -- harms the honest cops that are out there risking their lives.

When are they going to charge the IA investigators -- who failed to protect the public -- when they failed to immediately conduct a thorough investigation, and let her roam unsupervised for so many years? With no accountability of not placing a Judgement of not guilty in a personnel file properly.
