Desert Sands Unified School District Golden Parachutes

Golden Parachutes for Management at Desert Sands Unified School District when District Attorney rules they are guilty of wrong doing.

When management was found guilty of wrong doing they received hundreds of thousands of dollars for early retirement golden parachutes when they were ordered to take early retirement or be fired. 
Still some had to continue with trials for their misdeeds. In any event they received their golden parachutes worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. 

No wrong doing as a ruling for a pee on employee.
But employee gets to pay out of his own pocket all court costs that leads to a judgment of no wrong doing.
Then DSUSD refuses to recognize that ruling to continue preventing that pee on employee from becoming employed where the pay scale is more in keeping with education and skills where there are some decent working conditions where people are not determined rip off their employees.

No golden parachute for pee on worker that is not a member of the management team that gives all the money to each other while shafting workers.
Then forcing workers to pay for every little thing out of their own pocket while management give each other golden parachutes worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Since when is an employer empowered to over rule what a California State Judge has made a decision on.

Broke management are too broke to do anything other than rip off their employees instead of simply declaring bankruptcy that still rips off employees since employees have to pay for all of it for them also.

Had the experience of paying all of the court costs out of my own pocket when forced to attend two separate court proceedings to only be declared innocent by California State Judges that Desert Sands Unified School District refused to obey those rulings that I was required or ordered to attend so would not be insubordinate then the broke management still would not pay any of employees expenses to instead continue to be a financial drain by preventing employees ability to become employed where working conditions were not so harsh and not so expensive to employee to constantly pay for their inappropriate actions out of his own pocket.
Broke management continued ripping employee off as though the Courts had not cleared employee of any wrong doing.

It's the new math...Hard work + Honesty = easy drug money for the Tweekers.
Beginning to think DSUSD was being run by tweekers that had been placed in management positions.
DSUSD management functions the way tweekers do of rip off anyone that is willing to do the hard work plus be honest.
 
Rip off honest hard working people so they can get there easy drug money.
Desert Sands Unified School District had a catch all of when all else fails say or accuse an employee of being insubordinate when not willing to be shafted or killed by Desert Sands Unified School Districts incompetent supervisory personnel that had absolutely no qualifications to supervise an electricians risky type of employment even when electrician would tell them what they were asking was too life threatening to be doing.

If they wanted to get themselves killed then go do what they are ordering the electrician to do with the threat of insubordination if he does not put his life on the line performing inappropriate improperly equipped work on high voltage installations that are energized.
In later years when working with qualified electricians they had enough brains to either use proper equipment or de energize equipment or installations before performing any form of work on life threatening equipment.

Employee attended a Court Proceeding under threat of insubordination if he did not attend.
End result of that Court Proceeding was that electrician was ruled not guilty of any wrong doing. Then DSUSD did not obey court ruling to continue being illegal at every opportunity possible.

That Court Ruling was never obeyed by Desert Sands Unified School District.

Which indicated that only employees are expected to not be insubordinate when there life is on the line.

Desert Sands Unified School District allowed themselves to be as insubordinate as they pleased with not obeying a Court Judgement after the Court Ruling did not agree with what Desert Sands Unified School District thought they had enough influence to convince a Judge that their false allegations should be allowed to be used against the employee since they had the power and authority to be insubordinate anytime they pleased but employee had better be willing to face death or become unemployed if he did not do every little thing as he was told to do even if it might cause his death.

Where is the Justice when an employer is allowed to continue making a persons life a living hell when attempting to be employed to pay bills and and continue being a responsible citizen.

Not have some over zealous school district employee make every attempt possible to prevent a person from ever being employed again by State or Federal agencies when a Judge has already made a ruling of no wrong doing.

What system of justice allows an employer to make their own laws while disregarding what a California State Judge has already made a decision of no wrong doing by defendant or no wrong doing by a person that became a defendant.

Is person is expected to simply explain to prospective employers that prior employer is using illegal tactics to prevent the person from becoming employed.

What prospective employer is going to listen to those words from a prospective employee.

What requires prior employer to properly submit correct references from prior employment when prior employer still has a preference of destroying employees life instead of properly reporting lay off due to lack of available work since a California State Judge in a Court of Law made a ruling of no wrong doing.

Lay off due to lack of available work is the standard reference provided to prospective employers when there has been no wrong doing by employee. Then eligible for rehire is second item on any layoff slip. Not make every attempt possible to prevent a person from ever being employed again by State or Federal agencies when a Judge has already made a ruling of no wrong doing.

Since when is an employer empowered to over rule what a California State Judge has made a decision on.

When that did not work then do not follow Court Decision of stop illegal actions against the same electrician.

Some one can not read a decision made by a California Court of get off of his ass.

What can also be confirmed is the continued abuse by personnel department preventing normal State and Federal employment.
